Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to engage in tele-prospecting and outside sales calls
- Commitment to high levels of customer service and professionalism

- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience working with revenue management and analyzing market reports
- Skilled in customer relationship management

Job Duties
- Solicit business within different market segments via tele-prospecting and outside sales calls
- Take responsibility for the development and implementation of sales plans
- Assist General Manager in the development and updating of the hotel level business plan to include input on sales goals
- Review of monthly STAR reports for hotel
- Communicate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing is appropriate and adjust selling strategies as needed
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Requires excellent customer service skills
