Job Requirements
- full time, on-site role with flexibility for weekends and holidays
- must be able to respond quickly to operational needs across both hotels
- strong leadership skills
- experience in branded hotel management
- familiarity with PMS systems
- ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years as an assistant GM or GM in branded hotels preferably Marriott or IHG
- strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
- familiarity with PMS systems and brand operating applications such as IHG Hotel Key PMS, Concerto, Merlin, Marriott Light Speed, and MGS
- experience overseeing brand conversions or major inspections preferred
- experience with vendor-managed housekeeping is a plus
Job Duties
- be visibly present and engaged across both properties daily
- lead, train, and coach front desk associates to Marriott service standards
- oversee guest satisfaction, conflict resolution, and review response cadence
- coordinate and quality-check vendor-managed housekeeping services
- support conversion tasks for City Express including training, documentation, pre-opening checklists, inspections
- enforce brand standards, policies, and compliance across both hotels
- manage scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage
- recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure reliability and accountability
- collaborate with vendors, ownership, and the Dual GM to maintain operational flow
