Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred
- Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and sales
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and present professionally

Job Duties
- Manage food and beverage sales goals and achieve sales targets
- Maintain and develop client relationships through proactive communication and personalized tours
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering and convention events with attention to detail
- Monitor industry trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to meet hotel revenue and satisfaction goals
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth event operations and client satisfaction
- Represent the hotel at local community events and promotional activities
