Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations to exceed owner and guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor productivity and quality of service from servers, hosts, cooks, and chefs
- Assign work, cleaning projects, and priorities to meet quality standards
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant staff
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
- Schedule and direct staff work assignments
- Interact positively with customers promoting hotel facilities and services
- Resolve customer problems satisfactorily
- Answer telephones and coordinate reservations
- Organize special events such as receptions
- Maintain communication with all departments to meet customer service needs
- Monitor food quality and service standards throughout the facility
- Verify product temperatures, appearance, taste, and preparation methods
- Provide guidance for improvement and ensure consistency
- Maintain outlet profitability to support hotel operations
- Control payroll and equipment costs
- Maintain par stock levels through inventory management
- Evaluate cost effectiveness and implement cost-saving measures
- Utilize cash handling procedures and prepare financial reports
