Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wine or spirits sales, hospitality, or luxury consumer goods
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and budget management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to work on computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift as required
Job Qualifications

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in wine or spirits sales, hospitality, or luxury consumer goods
- Working knowledge of general accounting principles, budget management skills, and entry-level marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Initiative to learn and acquire new skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Proven track record in high-end customer service or hospitality roles
- Advanced knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and vintages, with certification from recognized wine education programs
- Experience in sales, particularly in the wine or luxury goods industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Genuine enthusiasm for wine and the wine industry
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Established network within the wine industry

Job Duties
- Establish business for recurring revenue, negotiating agreements that ensure ongoing participation in DTC events
- Explore partnerships with luxury brands and venues to enhance event offerings and create a scalable model that can be replicated nationwide
- Continue to build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients and develop private client sales alongside corporate accounts
- Create and implement a DTC strategy playbook for in-market events that drive direct sales and build long-term client relationships
- Plan and execute a calendar of experiential events, including private client and wine club-focused events
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Achieve sales KPIs focused on year-over-year growth
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional DTC programs through sales impact analysis and post-event feedback
- Maintain and track budgets related to events, including invoice processing and internal reporting
- Foster a culture of strategic planning and teamwork to optimize brand experiences and drive sales performance
