Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa environments
- experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per shift
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional and friendly attitude
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications

- experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and check in/out clients using Booker
- manage client profiles and troubleshoot scheduling or POS issues
- handle payments, tips, and commissions with integrity
- answer phones and voicemails promptly
- review client notes to ensure personalized service
- pair clients with stylists and manage break schedules when needed
- support shop management in maintaining smooth daily operations
- serve complimentary beverages and engage clients to create a bar-like vibe
- maintain clear communication with team and leadership
- recommend and sell products, tools, and memberships
- restock and maintain retail displays
- support merchandising and inventory tasks
- maintain shop cleanliness and complete assigned side work
- follow all opening, closing, and shift duties
- help onboard and train new Bartenders
- contribute to a positive, team-first culture
- attend mandatory meetings and uphold Drybar’s 10 Core Values
