Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in customer service or retail sales
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per shift
- Technical proficiency with point of sale systems
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to uphold company policies and federal, state, and local laws regarding background checks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous experience with point of sale systems
- Prior experience in salon or spa setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and check-ins
- Operate point of sale system to process retail sales and memberships
- Provide detailed product information and promote retail sales
- Assist customers with membership sign-ups and answer related inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints effectively
