Job Requirements

  • Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience
  • Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training
  • Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Minimum four months of recent driving experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic
  • Willingness to undertake on-the-job training if recently graduated CDL school

Job Duties

  • Haul no-touch or largely no-touch freight to minimize freight handling
  • Maintain reliable and timely deliveries across assigned routes
  • Follow scheduled regional or OTR routes ensuring consistent home time
  • Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
  • Perform pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
