Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be able to handle shellfish allergens
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume setting preferred
- Willing to train the right person for support roles
- Friendly, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-25 lbs as needed
- Ability to handle shellfish and tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming environment for all
- Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverages
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support daily setup, breakdown, and side work as needed
