Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hosting, bussing, or food running preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to tolerate shellfish allergen exposure
- Strong communication skills
- Availability for Monday-Thursday morning shifts

Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests warmly, assisting with seating and any immediate needs
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining room
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly from kitchen or bar to tables
- Assist servers, runners, and other team members as needed to ensure smooth service
- Maintain service stations, including stocking napkins, silverware, condiments, and to-go supplies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines while handling food, beverages, and equipment
- Communicate clearly with team members and managers about guest needs, inventory, or service issues
- Stay alert and proactive, anticipating guest needs and helping wherever needed
