Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Two or more years of relevant industry experience required
- Licensed FAA part 107 pilot certification required
- Experience in drone operations management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Ability to implement safety and risk management protocols
- Skills in data acquisition and analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct remote flights in refinery environments
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local drone operation regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the drone fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of drone data into company workflows
- Support mission planning, develop use cases & mission plans, perform data collection and assist in the processing of collected data
- Identify opportunities to leverage drone technology to improve safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct remote flights in refineries
- Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations related to drone operations in the oil and gas industry
- Implement safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies to ensure safe drone operations
