Job Requirements

  • FAA Part 107 required
  • Experience operating drones or robotic devices
  • Experience processing visual data and 3D models
  • Proactivity, integrity, and ability to work in an international team
  • Familiarity with US and Canada drone regulations
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to load, unload, and set up equipment weighing 50-70 pounds
  • Ability to work in hazardous industrial environments
  • Ability to travel up to 80 percent of the time including weekends
  • Ability to work in the United States legally
  • Driver's license
  • Experience with Lidar scanning equipment and processing software preferred
  • Experience working on industrial sites preferred
  • Spanish language skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Proactivity, integrity, and the ability to work in an international team
  • Experience operating drones or robotic devices
  • Experience processing visual data and 3D models
  • Experience with Lidar scanning equipment and processing software such as FARO, Leica, Bentley, CAD, Esri is strongly preferred
  • Proven track-record in a customer facing role, providing support and expertise
  • Experience working on industrial sites is a plus
  • FAA Part 107 required
  • Familiarity with US and Canada drone regulations
  • English is required
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to load, unload, set up equipment weighing 50-70 pounds
  • Ability to work on industrial sites, which may require climbing multiple flights of stairs, working at heights, or working in hazardous environments
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Driver's license is required

Job Duties

  • Fly the drone inside of industrial assets for demonstrations and Proof of Concepts on industrial sites for prospects and customers to demonstrate the value of the product
  • Provide customers and partners with assistance in mission planning and execution, and provide them with first-line support
  • Assist the sales team with complex piloting needs during events and during roadshows
  • Assist the successful onboarding of customers by walking them through the training process, and performing training when needed
  • Perform maintenance and piloting training for partners
  • Coordinate training sessions for customers with commercial partners
  • Assist with management of training and technical partnerships
  • Assist with management of our technical and training center in Denver
  • Manage training and technical partnerships
  • Assist with other tasks required by the team as needed
