Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming, personable, and service-oriented experience to all members and guests
- Build rapport with regulars and anticipate needs in a relaxed but refined setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment throughout the shift
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain full knowledge of bar offerings
- beer knowledge is a strong plus
- Manage inventory, restocking, and product rotation
- Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ensure compliance with all California alcohol service laws and club policies
- Execute all opening procedures, including setup, stocking, and readiness checks
- Complete all closing responsibilities, including cleaning, breakdown, and securing the bar
- Work independently with confidence, accountability, and attention to detail
- Uphold all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to club grooming guidelines
- Communicate any member concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs to management
