- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry luggage

Job Duties
- Assist incoming and outgoing guests loading baggage into the van
- Transport guests to and from the airport and other requested locations
- Drive and park safely according to hotel policies
- Keep all necessary licenses and driving documents in vehicle
- Ensure passengers follow safety precautions and remain seated
- Report accidents or vehicle damage immediately
- Explain and promote hotel services and local events to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the van interior
- Keep hotel entrance and drive-up areas presentable and trash-free
- Provide local directions to guests courteously and accurately
- Oversee arrival and logging of guest packages and ensure timely delivery
- Secure and tag baggage at guest request for storage
- Occasionally transport luggage or goods without passengers
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner
- Report complaints to management and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
