Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license Class C
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Compliance with all work rules and regulations
- Flexibility and ability to react to changing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays without scheduling restrictions
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to work under extreme pressure
- Ability to pass a basic written test and a basic driving skills test
- Capability to handle dry ice safely
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
- Competency in safely operating 20' and 16' high lift trucks
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Work as a member of the LSG Sky Chefs team and ensure highest quality products are delivered to airline customers
- Maintain effective communication between management and the airline customer
- Interface with flight attendants while displaying outstanding customer service skill
- Interact with other customer service team members to solve problems and resolve issues
- Check catering equipment and food items for delivering of final product to airlines
- Load finalized airline carts by flight onto delivery truck for catering
- Drive truck and load aircraft in compliance with company, airport and airline safety regulations
- Maintain professional appearance
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned
