Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- clean motor vehicle record
- 3+ years of experience driving vehicles
- ability to drive all types of vehicles
- good understanding of English language
- able to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- maintain confidentiality of guest information
- ensure security of vehicles and hotel property
- perform assignments with minimal supervision
- work in variable weather conditions
- ability to maintain concentration
- physical fitness for driving and handling luggage
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- prior training in guest relations
- knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- previous experience in a similar hospitality position preferred
- excellent driving record
- thorough knowledge of local areas and roads
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain concentration under driving conditions
- ability to work cohesively with team
- good understanding of English language
- ability to compute basic arithmetic
Job Duties
- drive guests to the desired location within a one-mile radius of the hotel
- greet arriving guests and visitors
- bid farewell to departing guests and visitors and invite them to return
- be familiar with all hotel services and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities, arrivals, departures, house count, hotel features and services, outlet hours of operation, parking facilities and procedures
- ensure security of the vehicle and its keys
- relay accurate directions to guests on local area inquiries
- inspect vehicles daily and report any hazards
- follow procedures for accidents, breakdowns, and incidents
