Job Requirements
- Valid CDL Motor Coach, Non-business Type C or Type A with Passenger Endorsement driver's license with excellent driving record
- customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- college degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently transport residents in Mather
- complete required vehicle safety inspections prior to each shift
- maintain vehicles mechanically and aesthetically according to maintenance schedule
- keep a daily check log, service log, and other pertinent documentation
- improve scheduling and transportation service to maintain on-time performance
- identify areas for improvement and participate in quality assurance process
- coordinate concierge schedule and daily operations
- maintain systems for secure storage and distribution of keys and key cards
- provide administrative support for directories, handbooks, safety procedures, and other necessary documents
- listen to resident concerns and requests and facilitate solutions
- maintain system for receiving, recording, storing and distributing information
- provide transportation reservation services
- complete incident reports for emergencies and communicate effectively with supervisors
- ensure programming and functioning of emergency pendants and monitor building entrances for safety
- coordinate guest suite processes including reservations, check-in/out, housekeeping, and billing
- participate in quality assurance process improvement initiatives
