Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- valid state driver’s license with no moving violations in the last 3 years
- good communication skills
- ability to work with constant schedule changes
- self-motivated
- physically able to handle guest luggage

- hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- must be 21 years of age or older

- knowledge of Canyon Ranch property and local/regional area preferred

- physically able to handle guest luggage
Job Duties
- act as a hospitality ambassador when meeting and greeting guests
- assist guests with luggage, deliveries, and rides around the Ranch
- greet guests upon arrival from the airport or hotels and welcome them
- provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure
- perform on-property deliveries such as dry cleaning and flowers
- valet vehicles upon request for arriving and departing guests
- transport guests to their rooms upon arrival
