Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Class D driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- Driving record approved for application
- Completion of criminal records check
- Satisfactory completion of road driving test
- Ability to fluently read, write and communicate in English
- Effective human relations skills
- Ability to retain composure under stress
- Ability to meet customer care needs quickly
- Ability to maintain driving/sitting position for long periods
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on feet for at least eight hours a day
- Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Class D driver's license in good standing
- Ability to fluently read, write and communicate in English
- Effective human relations skills
- Ability to retain composure under stress
- Experience providing customer service for at least 2 years
- Experience in valet service preferred
- Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- Pick up customers from parking lots and facility entrances and deliver them safely to hospital entrances and their vehicles
- Assist customers in any way possible
- Park customer vehicles safely and ensure safety at all times
- Return promptly to the valet station to minimize customer wait times
- Maintain composure under stress and meet customer care needs quickly and effectively
- Adhere to universal precautions for blood borne pathogens and infectious diseases
- Operate standard transmission vehicles safely
