Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant driving and route management experience
  • Valid Class D or higher driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including loading and unloading vehicles
  • Must comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Willingness to obtain necessary immunizations and credentials if required
  • Ability to use handheld devices and maintain accurate records
  • Sufficient English proficiency to understand road signs and communicate
  • Ability to work a 4-day work week starting at 7:00 a.m.
  • Must pass company’s safety and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience driving shred or box trucks and route management
  • Valid driver’s license Class D or above with excellent driving record
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Proficient in English sufficient to read traffic signs and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal driving laws and DOT regulations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Perform onsite and offsite document destruction of confidential information
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and driver check-in on the assigned truck
  • Report maintenance issues to Transportation/Dispatcher
  • Operate company equipment safely and efficiently
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal driving laws and complete DOT logs when applicable
  • Securely empty consoles and collection totes ensuring documents are retrieved and containers locked
  • Manage assigned routes and use handheld devices for accurate servicing of accounts, barcodes, and container quantities
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries and problems expediently
