Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three or more years of driving experience preferably in shred/box truck operation and route management
  • Current valid Class D or above driver’s license with excellent driving record
  • Ability to communicate in English sufficiently to understand and comply with traffic regulations
  • May require mandatory immunizations and credentials based on customer requirements
  • Medical examiner’s certification
  • Ability to perform physical loading and unloading duties
  • Availability for a 4-day work week schedule starting at 7:00 am

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three or more years of driving experience, preferably with shred/box trucks and route management
  • Valid driver’s license Class D or above with excellent driving record
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
  • Medical examiner's certification
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate company equipment safely

Job Duties

  • Perform onsite and offsite document destruction of confidential information
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks and driver check-in on assigned truck before leaving or closing for the day
  • Report maintenance issues to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up
  • Operate company equipment safely and efficiently to minimize risk of injury and damage
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding driver fitness and hours of service
  • Complete and maintain DOT logs when applicable
  • Maintain high security when emptying consoles and collection totes by ensuring documents are retrieved and containers securely locked
  • Service accounts using hand-held devices to ensure accurate barcoding and location updates
  • Manage assigned routes ensuring timely and accurate collection of confidential materials
  • Handle customer problems and inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
