Job Requirements
- Valid class B driver’s license
- tanker endorsement
- current medical certification
- reliable transportation
- clean driving record without reckless driving offenses or DUIs
- no more than 1.5 active points in last 36 months
- ability to follow written and verbal directions
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ability to work under supervision and receive coaching and discipline
- physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid class B driver’s license
- tanker endorsement
- experience operating ready-mix or similar trucks
- knowledge of DOT regulations
- ability to perform vehicle inspections
- effective communication skills
- basic knowledge of concrete products
Job Duties
- Operate and drive ready-mix truck safely and efficiently
- perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- visually inspect concrete consistency during transport
- maintain equipment cleanliness and perform maintenance
- complete and maintain DOT Daily Logbook when required
- communicate job hazards and safety concerns
- maintain professionalism and positive attitude around coworkers and customers
