Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Must qualify as not prohibited in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record
- No DUI/DWI in last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions
- Knowledge of traffic routes
- Basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep desirable
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to site-specific settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the ready-mix truck
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
