Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record
- No DUI/DWI in last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- Ability to follow safety protocols related to construction and transportation industry
- Ability to handle and attach chutes weighing 30-50 pounds
- Physical ability to walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, and climb regularly
Job Qualifications

- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding service while maintaining a professional image for the company
- Work closely with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations
