Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- Meet FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrate proficiency in English communication
- Maintain an acceptable CSA and MVR record
- Have no DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
- Have no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Be physically capable of handling 30 to 50-pound extension chutes
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective equipment
- Be able to work in varied outdoor and industrial conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
