Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift and handle extension chutes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in diverse outdoor environments and adhere to safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform frequent walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of construction and transportation safety protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the timely and safe delivery of concrete loads to commercial and residential job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site conditions and settings
- Attach and manage extension chutes necessary for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image
- Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
