Job Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License CDL A or B
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Must qualify under FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Ability to read write and speak English
  • Physical ability to lift and handle extension chutes up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments
  • Commitment to safety and use of protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Proficient in English reading writing and speaking
  • Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable

Job Duties

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
  • Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
  • Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring
  • Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
  • Provide outstanding customer service maintaining a professional image for the company
  • Work closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
