Job Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Acceptable CSA and MVR record
  • No DUI/DWI in last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of traffic routes
  • Basic truck maintenance skills desirable

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
  • Adapt discharge methods according to various site conditions
  • Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
  • Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
  • Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
