Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last five years and no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable

Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations
