Job Requirements

  • valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)
  • high school diploma preferred
  • driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • acceptable CSA and MVR record
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • physical ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)
  • high school diploma preferred
  • eligible in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation industry
  • strong communication skills and ability to follow supervisors’ instructions
  • knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills (desirable)

Job Duties

  • adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
  • adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
  • attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring
  • maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
  • provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image
  • work closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
