Job Requirements
- valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)
- high school diploma preferred
- driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- acceptable CSA and MVR record
- ability to follow safety protocols
- physical ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)

- eligible in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation industry
- strong communication skills and ability to follow supervisors’ instructions
- knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills (desirable)
Job Duties
- adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring
- maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image
- work closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
