Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of construction and transportation safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Physical ability to frequently walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, and climb
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance from supervisors
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills (desirable)
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image
- Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient operations
