Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Must qualify as not prohibited in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Physical ability to handle loads between 30 to 50 pounds and operate in varied terrains
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to varying site conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes as needed for concrete pouring
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional company image
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
