Job Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Ability to lift and handle extension chutes weighing 30 to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varying outdoor industrial environments
  • Adherence to safety protocols and wearing protective equipment
  • Ability to perform frequent walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable

Job Duties

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
  • Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
  • Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
  • Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional image
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
