Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record that is checked annually
- Must have good judgment, time management, decision making, and safety awareness skills
- Must have a positive criminal background screening
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- The community is a drug free workplace

- Previous bus driving experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Drive residents to outings, health care appointments, banking and other activities as determined by the Lifestyle Director, Concierge and Executive Director
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Assist in loading packages, boxes, sacks, etc.
- Coordinate community transportation services ensuring vehicle maintenance and adherence to the transportation budget and expenditures
- Greet and seat residents with a warm smile
- Keep your bus clean, well-maintained, and inviting
- Ensure an exceptional driving experience for residents
