Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- clean driving record with current driver's license
- ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines
- good communication skills
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in shop environment exposed to noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals
- self-driven and results-oriented attitude
- positive outlook
- availability to assist multiple departments
- basic computer literacy preferred
- interest or experience in motorsports industry preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining restrooms and public areas of the store
- maintain trash cans empty and always clean
- assist all service personnel including advisors with receiving as well as pickup and delivery of customer units
- ensure safe and proper securing of units on trucks preventing damage while transporting
- assist technicians and shop foreman with organization of all units
- pre-stage technician’s next unit
- clean completed units
- keep warehouse always organized for easy access of all units
- organization and cleaning of entire service department
- assist sales in down time with any needed tasks or movement of units
- any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole
- maintain a positive working relationship with all other managers, employees, and departments
- abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping
- follow company dress codes and be well always groomed
