Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid Florida driver's license with current auto insurance and reliable transportation
- CDL license with passenger endorsement
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification including hands-on skills validation
- Completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training
- Minimum one year experience transporting handicapped individuals and working with frail elderly

- At least one year experience transporting handicapped individuals and working with frail elderly
Job Duties
- Transport physically limited passengers to varied destinations timely, safely and door to door
- Ensure the van is in proper working order and report maintenance performed
- Assist passengers on and off the van safely and courteously
- Follow established schedules and adjust routes as needed, determining safest and most efficient routes
- Participate as a member of interdisciplinary care team and contribute to medical record notations
- Maintain a safe, clean and healthful day center environment
- Represent the company professionally with coworkers, management, vendors and customers
