Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 21+ years old
- valid driver's license
- pass MVR report
- obtain DOT medical card within five days of request
- have less than 5 moving violations in last 5 years
- basic math and measurement skills
- ability to read and speak English

- previous delivery experience preferably with building materials and delivery equipment

Job Duties
- Load and appropriately secure product, materials or supplies inside delivery vehicle
- deliver customer orders to specified delivery site and unload materials safely and accurately
- verify order details and maintain logs of delivery duties including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage and locations of deliveries
- act as a customer service liaison between BFS and the site customer, handling customer concerns and resolving issues
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles
- perform routine safety checks on vehicles to ensure compliance
- use handheld devices for compliance with DVIR and HOS except while driving
- maintain hours of service logs and pre/post trip inspection procedures
- perform credit/product return pick-ups and related paperwork
- operate forklift or non-motorized material handling equipment to load and offload materials
- understand and observe all safety procedures and practices
- attend periodic safety meetings as required
- other duties as assigned
