Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- valid NYS driver's license
- minimum two years driving experience in NYC or other high-traffic areas
- no more than one moving violation within the last 24 months
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work Thanksgiving or Christmas Day
- demonstrated sensitivity to aging populations
- able to work in field environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Pick-up and deliver meals to homebound seniors
- pick-up and drop-off delivery staff on the designated route
- observe client and their surrounding area and report concerns as needed
- keep vehicles clean and in good operating condition and assist with oversight of vehicle maintenance
- inspect vehicles daily and report any operational or structural defects immediately
- review vehicle documentation to ensure inspections, registration and insurance information is up-to-date
- maintain accurate daily log of meal deliveries and contributions collected
- assist in scheduling meal deliveries to minimize time and distance between deliveries
- keep daily gasoline and mileage records
- pick-up and return vehicles to garage or parking place daily
