Job Requirements
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts
Job Qualifications
- Relevant sales or management experience in the transportation industry
- Demonstrated track record of achievement and success, with the ability to lead by example
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

Job Duties
- Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure on-time delivery for all freight shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives
- Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization
- Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes
