Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must meet company’s clean driver eligibility requirements
- Minimum age of 18 is required
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly, sometimes above head level
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors

Job Duties
- Performs a variety of luggage handling and driving tasks
- Routinely drives a 15-passenger van
- Applies knowledge of the area to drive employees to a pre-determined location
- Routinely loads and unloads luggage from trucks, motorcoaches, and luggage vans at various properties and the airport
- Organize, sort, tally, tag, and label guest luggage daily
- Assists with misplaced and damaged luggage
- Performs basic mechanical duties
- Communicates frequently with supervisors and other team members via radio for updates, requests, or concerns
