Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full valid US driving license with less than two moving violations in the last 24 months
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Proven experience in customer service or courier related roles
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment screening including denied party background check, motor vehicle records check, and E-Verify work authorization
- Adherence to company core values of care, expertise, and precision

- Proven ability to work well under time pressure with high attention to detail
- Ability to check and maintain accurate shipment documentation
- Full valid US driving license with less than two moving violations in the last 24 months
- Physical ability to lift shipments up to 75 lbs
- Transport, courier, or freight forwarding experience advantageous
- Multilingual skills desirable but not essential
Job Duties
- Prepare and package specialist and temperature-controlled consignments including ambient, refrigerated, frozen, dry ice, infectious substances, dangerous goods, and liquid nitrogen packing
- Build positive working relationships with drivers, departments, and management to ensure excellent communication and customer service
- Accurately complete and process all required shipment documentation
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment and ensure temperature controls such as fridges, freezers, and warm rooms are monitored and recorded
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle maintenance checks and keep vehicles clean
- Perform simple vehicle maintenance tasks as required
- Operate in line with company values of care, expertise, and precision
