Job Requirements
- Experience driving 25-foot box truck
- Pick-up and delivery experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds independently
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to read and interpret maps and utilize GPS
- Ability to organize and follow a route
- Stooping and bending required
- Standing for extended periods
- Some weekend work required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive daily for Goodwill-West Texas warehouse and stores
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups from stores and assigned locations
- Load and unload heavy items such as furniture and appliances safely
- Use transport equipment like dollies and flat beds appropriately
- Interact positively with the public and co-workers
- Motivate and instruct driver helper
- Follow instructions with little direct supervision
