Job Requirements
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving upwards of one hundred miles per day
- Ability to read a map and interpret GPS directions
- Suitable communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
- At least 18 years or older
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale system
- Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 9 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers
- Collect payment from delivery customers
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Maintain a minimum of liability insurance on vehicle
- Prepare food and prep items
- Handle, store and rotate all products properly
- Receive phone calls from customers and take orders
- Accept payment, process credit card charges or make change accurately
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items and abbreviations
- Control costs through inventory control
- Follow standard recipes
- Understand and comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and policies
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances, and facilities
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Report tips for taxes on own
