Job Requirements
- Own a reliable pickup truck (half-ton or larger) meeting Flex tow standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proof of insurance
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) with the Flex Marketplace App
- Ability to pass background and MVR checks
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor
- Ability to commute to Dallas, TX 75244
- Comfortable with day and night shift work
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of truck driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with pickup truck operation and towing
- Ability to use smartphone iOS or Android and mobile apps
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
Job Duties
- Pick up and transport Flex smart trailers between storage and customer sites
- Safely operate your truck and handle equipment according to Flex safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Flex team
- Use the Flex Marketplace App to browse and claim jobs
- Upload photos and proof of job completion via the app
- Manage your schedule independently as an independent contractor
- Adhere to all traffic, safety, and operational regulations while performing deliveries
