Job Requirements
- Own a reliable pickup truck (half-ton or larger) meeting Flex tow standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proof of insurance
- Smartphone with the Flex Marketplace App installed
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Reside in or near Raleigh, NC 27610
- Available for day or night shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of truck driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance
- Familiarity with smartphone apps, preferably iOS or Android
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor
Job Duties
- Pick up and transport Flex smart trailers between storage and customer sites
- Safely operate your truck and handle equipment according to Flex safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Flex team
- Use the Flex Marketplace App to browse, claim, and complete jobs
- Upload photos and proof of job completion within the app
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws
- Attend safety assessments and comply with Flex service provider agreement terms
