Job Requirements
- Valid Colorado driver’s license
- Ability to drive box trucks and operate loading equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and use organizational skills
- Valid Colorado driver’s license
- Experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards preferred
- Ability to operate box trucks safely
- Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good physical condition for loading and unloading tasks
Job Duties
- Immediately greets all customers and ensures customer satisfaction
- Drive vehicles to deliver inventory, products, and equipment safely and timely
- Load vehicles ensuring goods are loaded correctly and cautiously
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
- Sort items according to delivery route
- Accurately pull orders from warehouse, coolers, and freezers
- Ensure proper box truck refrigeration prior to loading and unloading
- Report maintenance concerns to Warehouse Inventory Manager
- Power wash and clean speed racks weekly
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and cleaning as needed
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
- Separate big 8 food allergens, cooked and raw products in storage areas
- Monitor freezers, coolers, and warehouse temperatures regularly
- Distribute products to delivery locations and assist with unloading
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance with flexibility for overtime
- Complete special projects and other assigned duties
- Assist warehouse manager with rotating and stocking deliveries
- Uphold company’s 7 guiding principles
- Support goals and vision of Commissary GM
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized workplace
- Comply with all regulatory rules including HACCP, OSHA, Dept. of Labor
- Work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends in all weather
