Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • must meet district insurability requirements
  • two or more years driving experience on a scheduled route
  • lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity
  • live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado
  • have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position

  • knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Loading and unloading items into and out of delivery vehicle
  • transporting and delivering assigned items at scheduled times and locations following district safety procedures
  • working with delivery route drivers to deliver goods to and from district locations including warehouses, departments, and schools
  • filling orders and delivering materials to shipping areas for final packing and delivery
  • communicating and coordinating delivery information with site personnel such as kitchen and facilities staff
  • obeying traffic laws and following district vehicle inspection and reporting procedures
  • keeping assigned area and vehicle clean and organized
