Job Requirements
- Must have CDL-Class A license and at least two years of safe driving experience
- Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID required for access to military base facility
- Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check
- FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required
- Minimum one year safe driving experience without serious convictions
- Ability to work flexible hours including early morning shifts
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- CDL-Class A license
- Minimum two years of safe driving experience
- Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation and OSHA regulations
- Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
- Proficiency in using smartphones and electronic logging devices
- Customer-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment
- Complete daily field service activities including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records
- Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses
- Use electronic logging devices and scanners to log deliveries and driving times
- Adapt to changing routes and schedules
- Work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures
