Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be 25 years of age for valet duties
- Must have excellent driving record
- Must hold a Michigan Chauffeur License
- Basic life support certification preferred but not required
- Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance and cleaning
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely in all weather conditions
- Ability to work a night shift schedule
- Willingness to monitor parking areas and report hazards or suspicious activities
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
Job Qualifications

- LIC-Chauffeur License - State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association (not required for Spectrum Health Lakeland)
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross (not required for Spectrum Health Lakeland)
- 6 months of relevant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provides transportation for employees, guests and community groups to and from various locations
- Performs limited maintenance and care of department vehicles and equipment
- Notifies supervisor of anticipated repair needs
- Uses the radio to appropriately communicate with dispatch and other shuttle drivers while in route
- Monitors parking area and grounds for suspicious activity or hazards and reports them
- Ensures appropriate documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with regulations and department policy
