Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered under relevant fair chance laws
  • Comfortable with repetitive motions and able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven driving experience of at least three years
  • Ability to learn and use handheld scanners or count tools
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, or warehouse work is a plus
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and MVR check

Job Duties

  • Count and record inventory with precision
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods
  • Meet daily performance goals
  • Safely transport employees to and from inventory events
  • Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Communicate safety concerns and vehicle issues promptly to management
